WORK TO RESULT IN OVERNIGHT CLOSURES OF

RAMP FROM I-395 TO NORTHBOUND I-95 FOR ONE MONTH

Northbound I-95 Exit 60 (Moravia Road) Temporarily Closed Tomorrow

WHAT:  The entrance ramp in Baltimore City from I-395 to northbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic during overnight hours.  The detour route will direct motorists to southbound I-95, to Caton Avenue (Exit 50), to northbound I-95.

The exit ramp in Baltimore City from northbound I-95 to Moravia Road (Exit 60) will be closed temporarily to traffic.  The detour route will direct motorists to eastbound Pulaski Highway (US 40, Exit 61), to northbound 66th Street, to westbound Philadelphia Road (US 7), to Moravia Park Drive, to Moravia Road.

WHEN:  Weather permitting, the ramp from I-395 to northbound I-95 will close each night Monday to Saturday, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, starting April 20 for approximately one month.

Note: Ramp closure will begin after Baltimore Orioles home games are over, and stadium traffic has cleared.

Weather permitting, the ramp from northbound I-95 to Moravia Road will close Saturday, April 18, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

WHY:  The ramp from I-395 to northbound I-95 is closing for the Maryland Transportation Authority's (MDTA) $13.7 million project to clean and paint bridges along I-95 south of the Fort McHenry Tunnel.

The ramp from northbound I-95 to Moravia Road is closing so crews can perform tree removal.
