WORK TO RESULT IN OVERNIGHT CLOSURE OF

RAMP FROM I-395 TO NORTHBOUND I-95 THIS TUESDAY

WHAT: The ramp in Baltimore City from I-395 to northbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic during overnight hours. The detour route will direct motorists to southbound I-95, to Caton Avenue (Exit 50), to northbound I-95.

WHEN: Weather permitting, Tuesday, March 8, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

WHY: Toll Dollars At Work: The closure is part of the Maryland Transportation Authority's (MDTA) two-year, $64 million project to remove and replace the existing concrete deck (riding) surface and roadway joints on mainline I-95 and ramps in Baltimore City. The current work on I-395 involves replacing the roadway joints.
