Ongoing Work Results in Temporary Closures of Ramp from Northbound MD 295 to Northbound I-95 in Baltimore City

 

Weather permitting, the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) will temporarily close the ramp from northbound MD 295 (Russell Street) to northbound I-95 on Thursday, November 11, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning and a weekend-long closure starting Friday, November 12, at 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, November 15. The following week, the ramp will also be closed on Thursday, November 18, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning and a weekend-long closure starting Friday, November 19, at 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, November 22.

The detour will direct motorists to Russell Street, to southbound I-395, to northbound I-95.

Toll Dollars At Work: Closures are part of the MDTA’s deck rehabilitation and joint modifications project on eight bridges located on I-95 in Baltimore City.
