Ongoing Work Results in Temporary Closures of Ramp from East McComas Street to Southbound I-95 in Baltimore City

Weather permitting, the ramp from East McComas Street (westbound) to southbound I-95 may be temporarily closed overnight Sundays through Thursdays between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. the following morning starting Tuesday, November 2, until summer 2022. In addition, the ramp will be closed continuously from Friday, November 5, at 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday, November 7.

There will be no closures for the upcoming holiday periods, including Thanksgiving (November 23 through November 29) and New Year’s (December 22 through January 5, 2022).

The detour will direct vehicles to continue on East McComas Street, turning right on Hanover Street and accessing southbound I-95 from the Hanover Street on-ramp.

Additional weekend-long closures will be required to complete this work. MDTA will issue an additional traffic alerts when dates are determined.
