Ongoing Work to Result in Temporary Closures of Ramp from Northbound MD 295 to Northbound I-95 in Baltimore City

Weather permitting, the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) will temporarily close the ramp from northbound MD 295 (Russell Street) to northbound I-95 on Thursday, December 9, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning and a weekend-long closure is scheduled to start Friday, December 10, at 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, December 13.

In addition, the ramp will be temporarily closed overnights Monday, December 13, through Thursday, December 16,  from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning each night.

The detour will direct motorists to Russell Street, to southbound I-395, to northbound I-95.
