Customers are encouraged to take advantage of the many E-ZPass® services that can be completed by visiting ezpassmd.com, including making payments.
In addition to going on the web, customers can also drop off check or money order payments in designated drop boxes located outside of any E-ZPass® Maryland Customer Service Center (CSC) at an MDTA facility here (drop boxes are not located at MVA or Hatem facilities). A CSC representative will process the payment in a timely manner. Customers may also mail their check or money order to the address on the NOTD: MDTA P.O. Box 17600, Baltimore, Maryland 21297-7600. In-person Customer Service Center operations are currently scheduled to resume with limited capacity on Monday, 1/4/21 at 8:30 a.m. If you would like to make an appointment at one of our CSC’s after the reopening, please call 410-537-8400. NOTE: CSC’s at @MD_MVA branches require an appointment.
If you need to speak with a representative, call toll-free at 1-888-321-6824 automated IVR (711 for MD Relay), between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, wait times to speak with a service representative are significantly higher during this holiday season. Call availability may be limited.
