In accordance with Governor Larry Hogan’s announcement on Friday, May 14, face coverings are no longer required in E-ZPass Maryland Customer Service Centers or in the Maryland House and Chesapeake House travel plazas on I-95. While face coverings are no longer required within state owned or leased buildings for employees or visitors, they are still recommended for those who are unvaccinated against COVID-19. In addition, all visitors may continue to wear a face covering if they desire.
Customer Service Centers located at MDOT Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) branches are open by appointment only.
