ONGOING WORK TO RESULT IN CLOSURE OF RAMP FROM SOUTHBOUND I-95 TO SOUTHBOUND MD 295 NEXT TWO WEEKENDS

Ramp Will Reopen Sunday Morning Prior to Ravens October 23 Game

Weather permitting, the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) will temporarily close the ramp from southbound I-95 to southbound MD 295 (Exit 52) on Friday, October 21, at 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sunday, October 23, and Friday, October 28, at 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, October 31.  In addition, when the ramp from southbound I-95 to southbound MD 295 is closed, the ramp from Hanover Street to southbound I-95 must also be closed during the same time frame.

The detour for the ramp from southbound I-95 to southbound MD 295 will direct motorists to I-695 (Exit 49A), to southbound MD 295 (Exit 7A). Follow this detour for access to Westport and MD 648.

The detour for the ramp from Hanover Street to southbound I-95 will direct motorists to turn right onto E. McComas Street, to E. McComas Street on-ramp to southbound I-95.

Toll Dollars At Work: This closure is part of the MDTA’s deck rehabilitation and joint modifications project on

eight bridges located on I-95 in Baltimore City.
