The Outer Loop detour will direct motorists to Exit 2 (MD 10), to Ordnance Road, to Pennington Avenue, to Hawkins Point Road, to Fort Armistead Road, to Outer Loop I-695.
Drivers are encouraged to use I-95 as an alternate route.
