ROUTINE INSPECTIONS TO RESULT IN TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF RAMP FROM RUSSELL STREET TO SOUTHBOUND I-95 THIS SATURDAY
WHAT: The ramp from Russell Street to southbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour route will direct motorists to southbound MD 295, to northbound I-695 (Exit 7), to southbound I-95 (Exit 11B).
WHEN: Weather permitting, Saturday, Dec. 5, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
WHY: Inspectors will be conducting routine annual facility inspections.
