Are You Still in Possession of a Maryland Tolling Ticket or Ticket Book?
This payment method was used in the past to travel through Maryland tolling facilities. With all-electronic tolling being statewide, this payment option can no longer be utilized. As a courtesy, the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) can offer the following three options for reimbursement to ticket holders:
- If you do not have an existing E-ZPass account, you may sign up and the ticket value can be added as a credit onto your new E-ZPass account. There is no monthly fee for customers with Maryland addresses and the transponder is free. Saving drivers up to 77% versus higher Video Toll rates.
- If you have an E-ZPass account, the ticket value can be added as a credit onto your existing account.
- If you do not have an E-ZPass account and choose not to open one, then the ticket value can be refunded via rebate check.
Ticket holders must apply for reimbursements in-person at an E-ZPass Maryland Customer Service Center. View full list of center locations here https://driveezmd.com/contact-us/. Don’t forget your ticket(s)😊
Note: All ticket(s) & ticket books will be reimbursed at face value. Tickets for 3-6 axle vehicles are not eligible. The period for reimbursement ends at 4:30 p.m. on September 15, 2021.
